Introduction
This is a report on the situation of schooling in Gimnazija Jesenice during the pandemic. Usually, the teacher would send the subject matter to his students. They would go over it alone and send the homework back to the teacher till the end of the week. The transaction always happened online. If the school stopped operating during the quarantine then the students would have a huge problem as they would have to work for the school in the summer.

Advantages
In the beginning, most of the students did not like the way schooling worked in the lockdown. As time progressed their opinions changed. Today an average student of Gimjes finds the online school better than a pre-quarantine one. That means that the online school must have some advantages. And it does, especially for students. They can organize their schoolwork however they please. Consequently, they can sleep longer.

Disadvantages
Even though students learn a few things with the online school it is not as efficient as it would have been in a pre-quarantine school. Without the teacher’s explanation, they may not be able to comprehend the subject matter. Even in the case of an online class, it is practically impossible for students to participate in a teacher’s explanation. The restricted movement can also hurt the relationships between classmates as they are unable to see each other.

Abusement
Many students have found ways to abuse the online school. The most problematic is cheating on exams as they do not learn the subject matter for that exam. That results in a lack of knowledge for the matura exam. Therefore they are more likely to get a bad grade in their matura exams. Consequently, they may not be able to choose the college that they would want to. On the other hand, the students who do their job the way they are supposed to, might be accused of cheating.

Comments and sugestions
The online school is not ideal, but neither are the circumstances. Therefore I think that Gimnazija Jesenice has adjusted to the current situation in the best way possible. With that said, there are some problems. Most teachers have minimized the amount of the subject matter per week, but not all of them. Some of them have increased it. I am talking about P.E. I understand that students have to be physically active during the virus outbreak. With that under consideration, I still do not believe that students should put more time and effort into P.E Than in subjects like history and geography.
