Are you in your last year of elementary school? Are you not sure where to enroll next year? I assure you that choosing Gimjes will be an excellent choice.
In comparison to other Grammar schools in Slovenia, Gimjes is a small school. In my opinion that is a privilege since the teachers and the students can connect better. We can borrow books from the school library, use the computers in the computer room, and study in our cozy lounge room. Our school also offers a special programme for athletes, which helps them keep up with their schoolwork while pursuing their career in sports.
Transport to the school is very neatly organized, we can use both the bus and the train. The bus station is right in front of the school, and the train station is a five-minute walk away.
Gimjes offers a lot of extra-curricular activities. You are welcome to join the Leteči Medvedki gymnastics group, go on a trip abroad, participate in a play at Dramski Festival, help raise money in the school bazaar, and many more. Everyone loves these activities, which bring the school closer together.
For me, choosing Gimjes was an excellent choice, since I improved my knowledge and had fun doing it. I hope I will be seeing you next year in our hallways.
